Nature of Appointment
Nature of AppointmentDeputation: Officers from Central/State Govt./Autonomous Bodies/PSUs with minimum 3 years’ of service in relevant Grade Level.
Absorption: Confirmation in relevant post and meeting eligibility criteria.
Contract: For external candidates not eligible under deputation or absorption up to the age of 62 years (or as per Policy).

Step 2: Certification by Parent Organization
The application must be certified by the Cadre Controlling Authority and include:
No vigilance/disciplinary proceedings pending
Integrity certificate
Attested ACRs (last 5 years)
Statement of penalties (if any) over the last 10 years.
